The Original: Affordable and these easy to use Organic Cotton Muslin Strainer Bags. Designed with a top drawstring and stitched seams to prevent splitting, these bags will last for multiple kava sessions. 6 inches x 8 inches.
The Synthetic: Slightly bigger and more heavy duty, these strainers are a manufactured to a specific 80 micron & built to last for months. 7.8 inches by 11.8 inches.
Synthetic Large: Using the same 80 micron size material as our synthetic, this is just a larger version coming in at 12 inches by 18 inches. Very handy when you’re hosting a party and want to make a gallon of kava at one time!

I got one of these with my kava sample kit, it’s very easy to use, holds up pretty well to my extreme abuse, but definitely don’t expect it to last forever. It’s a wear item, the more you squeeze the water out of the kava, the more the seams start to pop and let out bigger and bigger particles. It will fail eventually, so be sure to keep a backup on hand. It should last a good amount of time if you don’t squeeze down like a hydraulic press. Very affordable too, so much that you could add one or two to every order and not worry about it.

The synthetic strainer bag is the best straining solution I’ve used in the last 5 years. I love it. It gets EVERY micro particle out for a smooth drink that protects the stomach from the issues you can sometimes get when kava is not properly strained. Also my skin doesn’t get too dry anymore.
