First day i tried it i wasnt impressed but i had eaten maybe 45 minutes before taking it. Turns out you definitely need an empty stomach 2nd day i tried it on a completely empty stomach and it was a way better experience although i needed to do 2 tbsp at a time. All in all though i can see Kava replacing my alcohol cravings.
