I have tried just about all of the micronized kavas; I enjoy all of them but Loa Waka is probably my favorite. All have a fine, powdery grind with no fibers left (easier on the stomach.) I mix with sugar free vitamin water in the summer, herbal tea with dairy free creamer in the winter for a relaxing beverage any time of the year.

I must be doing this kava thing wrong, as my experience with the Loa Waka was nothing like everyone else seems to describe. Actually, “nothing” is precisely what I experienced. I even made sure to only drink it on an empty stomach.
So, maybe I need to try a different variation? Or…something? I hate to leave a low rating on something that seems to do so well for everyone else, but… I’m at such a loss, I was really hoping this would be a new thing in my life. Any advice on how to get it right?

I tried the micronized kava sampler pack and I love the Fiji Loa. It’s amazing for relaxation and it really helps me focus.
