Can I Swap Kavas?
Yes! Ensure you’re logged into your account and navigate to the medium grind kava you would like to have. From there, select the frequency of your current subscription and select the check box to add to an existing subscription. You will return to the “Subscription” section of your Account and can remove the old kava variety to ensure you don’t get charged for both. Repeat as many times as you would like to try new varieties or add additional varieties to your order.
What happens if my subscription is out of stock?
If your subscription runs out of stock, we’ll pause your subscription and send you an email. When it’s back in stock, we’ll update your subscription and send out the product when your payment goes through.
Can I change my delivery frequency?
Yes—here’s how! Login to your account, then go to “Subscriptions.” Scroll down to the “Subscription totals,” then “Upgrade or Downgrade.” Select the new delivery frequency, then click “Subscribe.” Follow the instructions to check out from your cart. Check out and select “Switch Subscription”. Bula!
Can I Cancel My Subscription?
Yes, and it’s easy to do so! Login to your account, then go to “Subscriptions.” Choose to “View” the subscription you wish to edit. From here you can “Cancel”, “Change Address”, “Change Payment”, or “Renew”. You’re done!
