Right now, I am 3 – 8 oz. cups into the Micronized Loa Waka, spaced out in 1 drink per hour, 4 teaspoons, mixed with water, and a little soy milk. Very….NICE. Obviously potent stuff, and this is the first time I’ve tried Kava powder. I’ve only been using Kava for less than 3 weeks, and all capsules up to this point. I feel kind of a balance between the Heady, and Heavy/Body effects, although I’m not sleepy. Unlike alcohol though, I can still think clearly, and make rational decisions for my behavior. I don’t have any desire to return to alcohol, after trying Kava, and especially quality Kava as sold here. Kava Kalm will be receiving more orders from me. Also, the taste reminds me of chewing Ginseng root, kind of a dirt/dust kind of taste, which can easily be alleviated with mixing in juice, soy milk, milk, or whatever one may choose.

This is a great day time kava. It is quick and easy to make on the go. I started taking kava about 6 months ago to help with stress relief. Do your research and stay away from tudei kava. Tudei kava that can make you sick. Kalm with Kava sells only noble kava and is a great vendor. This product came quickly and is very effective. You don’t need much at all. Sometimes it takes people a week or two to really feel the effects of kava, but I felt it right away. This makes my work day go a lot smoother.

I’m new to Kava. I’m drinking the micronized Loa Waka and it is helping me tremedously. I’m more relaxed. I find it a little difficult to get motivated during the day when I drink it but once I get going I feel good. I lost a family member last night and Kava is helping keep me calm. I have been using kava for about 3 months, so I am fairly new. I have only used instants and have to say that I enjoyed one of Kalm with Kava’s. I had the Loa Waka and the Pouni Ono. I would give the Loa Waka 5 stars it is very potent and you feel some nice effects. Looking forward to trying the other two.
