Truly an amazing root. Wish I had discovered it years ago. Monday I had a rip roaring migraine on the scale of 9.5. I was writhing and vomiting.( I suffer from chronic migraines. A daily struggle.) I received my starter variety pack that afternoon and in a blind fog took the risk to see if drinking a cup of Borogu would help. Voila! 10 minutes later my headache was gone! I’m floored. Amazed. So easy. In addition the relaxation was wonderful. And I had the best nights sleep since I was a kid. And woke clear headed. Oh the melomelo is wonderful too!
