Just bought two, 2 ounce Pouni Ono micronized powder. One for me, and one for my girlfriend. Wow. I am VERY pleased with this stuff. Because I struggle with depression and lethargy just as much as I do with anxiety, I decided to go with the Pouni because I knew I wanted to be productive during the day and not feel at all tired. One side-note however is that I just took 7 teaspoons about an hour ago, and the other day i took 5. So I am going over the dose recommendation quite a bit. Regardless, there is no question about the effectiveness of this kava, I feel euphoric, light, and literally no negative side effects that I can tell at all. It also gives me a productive feeling, like i want to accomplish my goals. I’ll definitely be buying a big jar next time. This will not “cure” anxiety, as i can still think negative thoughts and go down that route if i want to… but the key word is want to. I feel like this gives you some sort of platform to stand on where you don’t get pulled down as easily. It keeps you from running down the rabbit hole, and gives you the power again to make a choice to have a good, productive and happy day. LOVE IT!

I just ordered micronized pouni ono for the second time. I received my order super fast and I live in Florida 🙂 The first time I ordered I went with micronized pouni ono and borongoru (still have some left). The borongoru makes me feel a very relaxed/heavy (in a good way) feeling. The other day I had some during the day and I needed a nap haha. The pouni ono is fabulous if you want that extra pep in your step without the jitters. I felt super anxious a couple weeks ago and could not relax so I had some pouni ono and oh my gosh, the stress just melted away and my anxiety disappeared. Sometimes I get this strange anxiety about leaving the house, like taking my daughter to the park sometimes seems so stressful/scary/daunting, it’s weird. Well after I took the pouni ono the other day, we went straight to the park and I felt so free about it. (I know that pry sounds silly but it was a big thing for me!). Anyways, this was the first company I tried for kava kava and I’ve only had the micronized so far. I am very pleased with this company and their product, thank you Kalm with Kava! 🙂

I’m new to Kava but have and have only tried one other brand, while effective it’s not as good as KWK’s micronized Kava. I am getting older and the good nights sleep were getting to be a rarity, now I’m sleeping soundly again, no waking up after a few hours and laying there tossing and turning, what a wonderful thing. I’ve just tried the Pouni Ono, which is the lightest, so I can’t wait to try a slightly heavier Kava, probably the Loa Waka. Thank you KWK.

Loving this company and their products! I received my Pouni Ono today in the mail and was quite excited. I have tried this particular one once before, as well as the Loa Waka. Pouni Ono has a light taste that pairs well with a fruity juice drink. I am unsure if others do this as I hear a lot about putting into milk, but I am lactose intolerant. Would an almond milk bind the kava like regular milk? Anyways! So I ordered this Monday and received it today on Wednesday. That is quite impressive itself as I live in the south eastern united states. I take a tablespoon of it with juice and within a minute my lips and mouth tingle. Within 10-15 I start feeling a sense of well being, everything seems brighter, less stressful. About 20-30mins after drinking Pouni Ono I feel light inside, my worries dissipate into a kind of logical method of dealing with them, without the pressure or negativity. I feel like I can manage anything. For a few days after taking this Kava, even if I have ran out, I am less fixated on things that annoy me. I have awful social anxiety, depression, and OCD type fixations on things that worry or annoy me. I am sensitive to cold air or a breeze touching my skin. I really do not like to be touched by people except certain areas. This helps with all of this. Although people have told me I am beautiful and smart my whole life, I have always stood back in the corner trying to be invisible. I have no friends because even going to the grocery store and the amount of people there panics me. It would be like the lights were so bright and the people were in my face even from afar. POUNI ONO IS A MIRACLE! I can do so much more now. I have started living life. I have phobias of bees, I can handle them with this kava. I was afraid of driving, I am learning how to again and getting my license. I am working on my GED studies now because I had ran away young and did not finish school. Mostly have had work at home jobs. I feel focused, driven, sociable, ambitious! I believe this product is LIFE CHANGING. It is teaching me tools to deal.
The Loa Waka was just as good as everyone says it is. It is quite a buzzy good feeling. For me tho, I need either light or heavy due to my emotions. I definitely see tho why everyone loves it!
I have had Tudei Kava in past and almost gave up. I will only ever order Kava from this company. Kalm with Kava products, shipping, website, customer service, pretty much everything about Kalm with Kava is amazing. I do not know what else to say except thank you.
