That will not harm your liver.
I have directly communicated with the company and that question cannot be answered.
I would be so grateful if an actual doctor can confirm that kava is completely safe and that used daily will not affect the liver whatsoever.

I’m sorry if this does not belong here as this is not a review but to those of you who use Boro for anxiety, how does it compare to Melo and, most importantly, how do either strains of these two kavas compare to benzodiazepines for anxiety/PTSD? Please any answers would be so appreciated, at my wits end.
PS: have been on and off benzos for 19+ years, I have been on them without a break for 14 years i’m trying to learn how KWK works for people like me who have been years on benzos. Placing my order ASAP, Thanks! 🙏

Mix with warm water to rid of lumps. Not best tasting but not worse. Get the numb tongue effect. Helps me unwind after table spoon.Redose about 3/4 hour later though not necessary. Calming effect, doesn’t help me sleep though. I will. Be buying more to have on those extra stressful situations/ days. Good job Kalm with kava. Also my 1st experience with any kind of kava. RECOMMENDED!!!!!

Excellent choice for my first Kava. Getting over the taste took some trial and error, but I got there. (Eggnog is my friend.) After doing the traditional method a couple of times, I’ve switched to the blender method, and that is much easier and is now my preference. Full body calm. I have taken this when my PTSD has gotten really bad, and it calmed me within 20 minutes. Very grateful.
