Prior to ordering the micronized Pouni Ono from KWK, I had only tried the kava tea available at my local grocery store. I felt some very slight calming effects from the tea but wanted something more potent that could be a suitable alternative to my usual glass(es) of wine after work without all the calories and alcohol munchies. This product surpassed my expectations. Even after a stressful day, this kava has a great uplifting effect on my mood! I think it could be helpful to someone with social anxiety. I also feel some body effects but it doesn’t knock me out or even make me sleepy. As a kava newbie, the micronized preparation is foolproof. I will definitely order from KWK again.
